Post any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Service.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

We reserve the right to remove any ad that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate. We may also terminate or suspend your account for repeated violations.

6. Payment and Fees

8. Termination

Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.
Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our Service.
Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service.
Bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party.
Errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.

10.2 Cap on Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Service.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed upon arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction in which JWClassifieds operates.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JWClassifieds regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and JWClassifieds relating to the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment
